What To Bring and What Is Needed

We require current up-to-date vaccinations on all dogs visiting Camano Island Kennels for both daycamp and boarding. Please email us or bring in a copy so we can keep it on file.  Required vaccines are Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)

Feel free to bring your dogs food from home (this helps prevent any upset stomach with a change of food) or feel free to use our house food that is provided. We use Kirkland's Lamb and Rice which is softest for tummies. 

We provide a Kuranda Bed inside the kennel which are elevated, cot-style dog beds with a chew proof design. Feel free to bring a blanket from home (dogs enjoy having a scent from home) if you want.

Some pups love having a special toy in their room to snuggle with, others have a favorite toy for play that is preferred for use during Private Play. Most dogs ignore them while here because they're having so much fun playing with other dogs, so the choice is up to you!

No need to worry about either! We use our no-slip leads throughout our property.

Please bring any medications your pup will need and let us know the best method for administering. We can help input this into your pups chart for each stay.

All dogs visiting Camano Island Kennels must be spayed or neutered after 2 years of age. This is to aide in lower stress from hormones that can be emitted.
